Anonymous asked: Nobody used the word 'pig', that's just my interpretation of the findings.
….
Let me get this straight.
Months ago - in fact, I think it was even LAST YEAR - I reblogged a scientific study about men being culturally conditioned to objectify women.
You read this now. You can plainly see I didn’t write it. And nobody used the word pig.
So naturally, your first response is to start accusing me of thinking all men are pigs, telling me how hurt you are that ANYONE could think men are pigs, WHEN NOBODY IN THE ENTIRE FUCKING CONVERSATION HAS ACTUALLY MADE THAT ASSERTION?
And all the time, you’re TOTALLY IGNORING THE ACTUAL ARTICLE, which has ACTUAL GODDAMN EVIDENCE of men objectifying women, because you’re apparently less bothered by the findings than the HYPOTHETICAL POSSIBILITY of someone, somewhere, calling a man a pig?
ALL THE HEADDESK. ALL OF IT.
I CANNOT.
