Dear brain: I don’t know if it’s the combination of diclofenac and venlafaxine that’s inspiring all the fucking weird terror-stress dreams, but I’d very much like you to stop. The one about vomiting worms was bad enough; I object in the strongest possible terms to cutting out my own tongue.

I haven’t been on diclofenac, but I did get really bad night terrors/nightmares when I was on venlafaxine, but I’ve found that they’re a lot less frequent now that I’ve been switched to Mirtazapine instead.
